I'm Shallow

I think some of you already know that my new official A-Levels is not so nice. If you want more elaboration, you'll have to ask me personally. Here is too public to say anything.

Anyhow, it leads me to post this up.
Again, you'll have to ask me personally for elaboration then you'll know why I'm posting this up.

The thing is, don't you just hate people who are not any older than you and yet they pretend like they're so mature, they know the world, like they've seen the whole world?
I hate people like (but to make things fair, I hate a lot of people. I've got a lot of hatred in me) that. I mean, I know lah, some of them work before, they earn their own money so they're somehow, in a way, more "mature" than us  but that doesn't mean they have the privilege to look down at us.

I know.. I know..there're some people out there who are mature enough to depend on themselves. They have part-time jobs so they don't have to burden their parents.

Well, I'm sorry lor.. I am not at mature as them. I live in a protected world. If I need money, all I have to do is to ask. I've never worked before. I've never got a part-time job, I've never been poor, I never earn my own money.. blablabla.. I'm what they will describe as protected from the real world kind of girl.

Okay, okay, so I know you have a job, you know how the working life is.... you know the real world ain't easy.Yalah.. so I'm immature la...you're damn mature la... cos you're a realistic person. I'm not. I'm shallow, I dunno anything... you know everything. You know about politics, economics, business, whatever crap mature stuffs that only adults will talk.

But guess what? You're not much older than I do. I know, you have a lot of experiences in life. At least more than I do. But it doesn't mean you've seen the whole world. It doesn't mean the whole world must kneel and kiss your ass. Just because you have job and I don't, it doesn't mean you have the rights to judge me and look down at me. If you do, you're not any mature than I do.

I know I might sound rude but to be honest, I hate how some old people are out there. I know you're older than I, you've eaten more salt than I did but do you have to behave like you're always the right one and I'm the wrong one? Okay, so maybe I'm wrong at most times because I'm young and I make mistakes. But it doesn't make you right too. Sometimes, we both can be wrong.

So why make life seem so hard? Do you have to immediately think that life sucks because the money earned is never enough? Wah lau.. take life easy la.. do we need to be always mature just because we've grown up? Is it so wrong if once in a while we're irrational and we act a little impulsively? Is it so wrong if we make mistakes?

Jeez...life is joke. So why don't we all laugh at our own silliness once in a while and take life easily?
After all, we don't live forever.

P.S. I'm not a shallow person as mention up there. I was just... you know, being sarcastic. To hao lian a little, I do keep up with politics though not as geng (err.. the hokien word for good, not the Malay word "geng") as the adults. I know what is going on with the world, I read newspaper and I'm not intellectually stupid. So hor, overall, I'm not THAT shallow.

I also made my fonts bigger or easier viewing. You all no need to strain your eyes again.
