KL Sentral

Ok. This is the weird thing about me. First, I said about how unfair the government was because of the JPA thing.
Then I said how much I love Malaysia.
And now, I'm back to complaining the government.
So, the thing is, Malaysia is weird sometimes. The other day, my friend and I went to KL Sentral to buy ticket for her to get back to her hometown. So then, we went to the part where they sell all these inter-city KTM tickets.
And guess what? We had to line up to line up.
No, you didn't read that wrongly. Line up to line up. Never heard before right? Our government, for one, is already famous for their slow service.

Ok, I know you don't understand. I'll give you see pictures.
The thing is, once we arrived there, they actually asked us to line up to take numbers. You know, when you go to banks, you need to press for the number in a machine and got one paper will come out that kind.
Except this is much worse. See the picture above, we had to line up to take the number from the counter.
The girl in stripes is my friend but ignore that. It's not the main point.
It's really, in a way, stupid because the only thing we wanted to do was to blardy buy a ticket which was only about a minute or so! I mean, even if they want us to take numbers, do lah like in banks where there's the machine and we only have to press.

But I think the most probable reason they didn't had machine was because the lady in the counter asked us where we were going before giving us numbers which I think is even more silly because I don't see any reason why they have to ask us this question. The lady's job is only to give us numbers. So just give us lah! Why ask ask?
Okay, so maybe they ask because maybe if we go some other place they'll give us different type numbers. But it's even weird cos' we only want to buy ticket.

I mean, you couldn't possibly set up a counter for people to take numbers so that they can line up to buy tickets from Subang KTM station to KL Sentral right? We want go Ipoh so just ask the computer to print out Ipoh ticket can ad lah...why need to line up to line up? Flunyway, after we took the number (and of course, asked by that lady where we wanted to go for no reason), we had to sit to wait for our numbers so that we can go to another counter to actually buy the ticket.
See? Kena sit down and wait..sigh.. look at our poor citizens waiting for their turn. This is what I said, we had to line up to line up, when they should've just set up a few counters, we line up, buy the ticket and go. Or better, they have machines and we buy ourselves.

Okay lah, I don't know if you understand what I said cos' I'm not that good in explaining. But just pretend like you do if you don't. On a brighter note, the service from the lady in the counter (not the one giving us number. it's the one selling us the ticket) was pretty good. She was all smiley and answered the questions we asked in a happy manner.

Sigh, if only all government offices are like her, then perhaps Malaysians won't be so rude.
