My Version of Grooming Tips

This is an Advertorial.

To be honest, I think grooming is all about being how good you are with yourself.
You can be fat, overweight, thin, underweight, anything. I think most of you might have always heard about this problem but I still have to talk about it.

Admit it, ALL over the world has got this tendency to like 0-sized models and discriminate plus-sized models. In high couture brands fashion walkways, we often see tall skinny models. We see them in almost everything else.
We see them in Seventeen magazines, Cleo, Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and bloody any magazines.

But someone somewhere in this world realises that more and more teenagers are getting obsessed with their weight, even when they look perfectly fine. Even I have friends who'll come over to complain to me about their weight and then they'll say things like, "My God, Yeok Ho. Look how darn lucky you are.. you can eat as much as possible and you don't BLOODY GROW FAT!"

Well, yes, I am happy at the fact that I can eat a lot.. but my metabolic rate sometimes isn't so high.. which means the amount of food I eat is basically the same with everyone else. And in fact, I wanna gain weight as much as you girls out there wanna lose weight. I have this friend (as skinny as me) who went to Italy (that's you, Lynndy) and gained her weight there because the weather's colder. So then I asked her what it felt like to gain weight and she was like, "Wah lau...damn good! You can try out every piece of clothes and they look so much more beautiful!"

See, that's what we skinny people always want! So, being beautiful is not all about getting skinny. And I know grooming has nothing to do with being skinny but I'll stress out again, grooming is about feeling good about yourself. It's you know, self-satisfaction and happiness.

But of course, you don't feel groomed by just feeling happy but dirty all over your physical body, right? You'll definitely need to have clean and nice smelling body.. okay lah, maybe no need to be nice smelling but at least, you need to be free of odour.
When I was young, I didn't really know how much body odour can affect someone. It was only when my teacher explained it to us that I realised that having a good deodorant is important. No, I'm not saying this out of getting advertorial money. I'm bloody serious about it. That's because my first deodorant wasn't nice.

It made my underarms uncomfortable (read: wet) and after PJ in school, I reckoned I still get smell. And it wasn't even 24 hours protection as stated.

So now, I'll recommend Adidas Action 3 Pro Clear Deodorant Spray. I've read the review and I think it's pretty good. Well it's after all:

24hr protection against perspiration (important cos' students always have PJ classes)
Fights body odour and freshen you up.
You'll feel dry all the while (no wet underarms!)

The review is good so it has to be good. After all, this is Adidas, a recognised brand all over the world. Grab at your nearest store, and buy it! Trust me, it's worth it!
Groom your body, love yourself and you'll have the best times in your life!

Project Alpha Season 2 is presented by Adidas Action 3 and supported by P1 and MAS.
