Being Laughed

The one thing that I don't really feel comfortable when I knew some of my college friends are reading my blog is that when I wanna express my opinion on some stuffs which are related to them, they would know. But nah... after some thoughts (not really some.. it was just a few seconds), I don't really care. If they know I'm talking about them, then yeah, good thing they know. No need to fake here fake there.

No, I'm not going to post something like:

Think you know me, bitch?
What? Thinking that I'm blogging about you now?
Yeah, I'm. So what?
Think you're better than me? Go look at the mirror! I bet it spells L-O-S-E-R on your forehead!
Took my boyfriend and think you're a good friend?
F*** off! You're not worth my time!
At least I have friends to support me. Yours? Heh, even if you give your daddy's one million, no one wants to be your friend.
Don't think you're that great.
God, you're so full of yourself.

Aiya, just go refer my bitch fighting post.
Flunyway, yeah, back to my opinions thing.
But before I start, this post IS NOT INTENDED for anyone. I do not update to insult you even though yeah, it might be inspired from you.

The thing is, I'm sure all of you have friends who are better in English or Chinese right? Alright, I'll focus mainly on people who are good in English. You might even be one of these people.
And because these people are better in English than normal people like us, so most of their friends' English are not that good. Not to say entirely bad, but just not so good when being compared.

But no one has the privilege to laugh at another. Okay lar....sometimes I will read The Star's Mind Our English section and then secretly laugh at some English mistakes made by some people, but at least I do it secretly and I don't embarrass that  certain someone. I mean, come on, it's not our fault if we suck in English. It's not like we're not willing to learn. We're doing our best to learn and we want to improve too. But being laughed like that and in front of public some more, how are we suppose to enjoy English?

I just don't understand how can some smarter people look down on people who are less bright.
You can't just laugh at some one and say, "Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha.... omg! You just spoke wrong English! Omg.. don't you know that it should be blablabla"

And laugh terribly some more. In front of the public some more.
Let's say the person you're laughing at is an open-minded person then that's alright, you can laugh all you want and that person will still remain positive.
But the world is not made up of only positive open-minded people. Get this right. There're many types of people in this world and some people you laugh at happen to be shy. If they're shy enough already and you're still laughing at him/her, then wah lau.. that person no need to talk lah. Don't talk people will ask him/her why don't want to talk, talk will give people laugh (same people some more). What you expect shy people to do?

Don't say things like, "Then be more positive la.. it's not my fault you're so bloody sensitive." Okay, so maybe the victim should be more open-minded. But if this world works this easily, then what's the use of psychologists and counselors?

Conclusion is, think before you laugh at people's English. Everyone has different strengths. If someone speaks wrongly, then just correct them politely. There's no need to laugh out loud (in front of the public).
