The Politicians' Pride are Controlling Them

"Let's rock teach the politicians."

Sometimes, we need pride.
Sometimes, we don't.
If you're keeping up with the news,you know what happen. Nobody wants to apologise. Because they all think they're right.
I don't mean to be insensitive. These are all purely my opinion.

These are for the Malaysian Chinese:
Do we side Wee Meng Chee because he's a Chinese?
Do the opposition side him because he opposes the Government?

Perhaps the society is wrong to think that he has done the correct thing. I don't want to be the follower of a corrupted society. While he's not completely wrong for being dissatisfied with the country,expressing what he feels in such a way is not completely right. Imagine you're a Chinese and he's a Malay. Then he starts saying how f***ing stupid Chinese is or, imagine you're a Malay and he starts insulting your religion. How would you feel?

What difference do we make if both parties are so violent?
Would things change if both parties are forcing each other to change?

Last few weeks, when I was in school, there's a scene which kinda change my thought about the mentality of the society. It was after 2.00 p.m. and most students had gone home. There were only me and a few friends. Then suddenly, one of my friends said, "Aiyah, nobody erase the whiteboard ah?! Someone go erase la!!" Then the other one said, "You ask others to do it, why don't you do it?". Then the first friend responded, "Then why don't YOU go and erase it?"
And they kinda argued with each other. Frustrated, I stood up, went to take the duster,erase the board and said, "For God's sake!! Argue and no one erase the whiteboard!" And thus, the board was cleaned.

That's what's happening to our politicians. Dr. Koh Tsu Koon(If you don't know who he is, go update yourself) asked Ahmad Ismail to apologise. Ahmad Ismail didn't want to apologise, demanding Dr. Koh Tsu Koon to apologise. The opposition bringing up the case of Wee Meng Chee, Dr. M said Wee Meng Chee did not apologise.

See how they are all pushing here and there? Everyone follows and no one bothered to stand up for justice.
They've been tricked by pride. They've forgotten who they are. They've forgotten that they serve the country, not the country serve them.

That's why I'm interested in politics but never love it.

If you don't know me, are you thinking whether I'm a Chinese, Malay, Indian or whatsoever?
If yes, stop thinking because it doesn't matter to me if I'm an African, American, Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean etc. I'm just a teenager who sees the hypocrisy in the society but still believes there are good people in the world. And, I'm an anti-racist. Tell me you're a racist and I'll change your mind.
